What is coaching anyway?

Like an iceberg, much of who you are is hidden beneath the surface. There is strength, depth, knowledge and talent that lies under the surface, waiting to be tapped. In our relationship, my role is to help you find your strengths and to bring them out. You will find yourself motivated, focused and challenged during the time we work together.

Coaches have different experiences, styles and personalities. I work best with clients that have goals that are similar to my background. While I will certainly work with anyone, the profile of my ideal client would be the following: You are a professional between the age of 30 and 55 who wants an improved lifestyle through increased performance. Your goals could vary but might include areas such as public speaking, time management, setting focus and priorities, managing up, interpersonal skills, personal presence, leadership skills and balancing work/family life.
